Jordan Stuart Ellenberg is a John D. MacArthur Professor of Mathematics and Vilas Distinguished Achievement Professor of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His research involves arithmetic geometry. He received both his A.B. and Ph.D. from Harvard University.
