In this lecture, we present a new method to solve the scattering problem defined by two planar, rectangular, semi-infinite open wave guides that meet along a common perpendicular line.
Established in 1989, the Bergman Memorial Lecture Series invites an outstanding mathematician to deliver a distinguished lecture in honor of the work of Professor Stephan Bergman in pure and applied mathematics.
The Bergman Memorial Lecture Series is supported by a generous endowed bequest from the Bergman estate.
