Visitors
The Mathematics Research Center has sponsored several long-term, focused, research programs, each involving collaborations between mathematicians from Stanford and other internationally known scholars.
The MRC helps maintain a vibrant visitor program. Each year dozens of prominent mathematicians come to Stanford for visits of varying length. The visits range from short visits to give a seminar or colloquium on their recent work, or visits of two to four weeks for intensive collaborations with Stanford faculty, summer visits to pursue on-going research programs or book projects, or long sabbatical visits of a quarter or a year.
