Established in 1989, the Bergman Memorial Lecture Series invites an outstanding mathematician to deliver a distinguished lecture in honor of the work of Professor Stephan Bergman in pure and applied mathematics.

The Bergman Memorial Lecture Series is supported by a generous endowed bequest from the Bergman estate.
